Vegetables
We make it possible for our clients to distinguish themselves thanks to a wide range of the most diverse vegetables. The daily supply of high quality fresh products is key here. We guarantee the widest range of leafy vegetables, herbs, tuberous plants, seasonal vegetables, greenhouse crops and full-earth vegetables.
Exotic Produce
Every day we receive imported vegetable and fruit produce by airfreight. They generally arrive from our fixed network of suppliers so we get first choice. This concerns a wide range of exotic products to various baby vegetables, Asian specialties, exotic fruit to indigenous vegetable and fruit varieties.
Special products
Fine cuisine is increasingly using atypical vegetables, fruit and related articles. Our range of organic vegetables and fruit, luxury cress, algae, forgotten vegetables, micro vegetables and edible flowers is almost inexhaustible. By working closely with our suppliers Dutch Specials and Koppert Cress, we can offer the pick of the crop in this product segment.
Dairy fresh
With fair pride, we are happy to say that we are the only company in Europe to offer a range of fresh dairy products with a long shelf life. We do so in cooperation with Luxemburg dairy producer Luxlait. Of course our range starts with Gouda cheese, but we also offer Buffalo mozzarella of the highest quality and artisan raw milk cheeses from small manufacturers. We receive fresh products each day from Paris and for optimal ripening work together closely with quality ripening companies like Lindenhoff in Baambrugge.
