Working conditions

All employees of Meeder are covered by the collective labor agreement (cao AGF groothandelsbedrijven) of fruit and vegetable wholesalers. The standard employment conditions that you can expect from Meeder are:

• 26 holidays
• An extra month salary paid at the end of the year (13th month)
• 8% holiday pay
• A commuting allowance of € 0,19 net per kilometre in accordance with the tax rules
• A pension plan

Besides this, Meeder offers all her employees a box of fresh fruit and vegetables every month to take home.
